An update regarding COVID-19 and our shipping times

To our Community,

We hope that you all are safe and well. At a time when we are seeing unusually high demand for items that support people’s health during this unprecedented situation, we ask for your patience.

Typically we process and ship your order in 2 business days, but now require a processing time between 15-25 business days. Additionally, our shipment carriers have been reporting extended ship times on ground shipments, which is out of our control. During this time we are not able to accept any express orders, as our shipment carriers (Fedex and USPS) continue to experience delay and are not able to honor express shipping expectations. 

To ensure the safety of our team, we have additional measures in place at our shipping facility, including safe distancing between workstations, second shifts and staggered breaks to minimize team member interactions. Additionally, team members each have personal protective equipment, including masks, gloves and sanitizing stations. Second cleaning shifts have been added each day and deep cleans added on weekends.

We are working hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. The health and well-being of our team members, partners, and community (you!) remains our highest priority. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
