What types of food can I eat on the Cleanse?

On the Cleanse, you'll eat real, whole foods including unlimited amounts of colorful vegetables and greens; berries; high-quality proteins like eggs, meats and seafood; sources of healthy fats like avocado, olives, unsweetened coconut products, avocado, tahini, grass-fed butter and ghee; nuts and seeds; and seasonings like red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon or lime juice and sea salt. Eliminated food groups include: dairy, grains, alcohol, sugars, sweetened beverages, high-sugar fruits and pre-packaged sauces and condiments.
