What is your Return Policy?

If you are unhappy with any of our supplement or self-care products, we'll refund your first order in full — no questions asked. Just reach out to us to initiate your refund within 30 days of delivery date. 

For apparel and accessories, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date. Returned apparel and accessories must be unworn, undamaged and still have all tags affixed to receive a refund. A restocking fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. 

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on our face masks. Marked down items are final sale.

To initiate a refund, please email support@the-well.com with your order number.
